Children’s day
Children’s day is being celebrated in our organization every year for the children infected and affected by HIV/AIDS. Various competitions were organized for the children like Singing, Dance, Fancy dress, Running race, Bun race, Sack race etc. Prizes were distributed to all the winners and consolation prizes were also given to all the children who participate in the programme. Some of the famous cine personalities were the guests for this programme. More than 300 children who are infected and affected by HIV/AIDS from Chennai and suburbs of Chennai also participate in this programme. This programme was organized for the children to make them aware about HIV/AIDS and to disclose the status of their parents who are infected by HIV/AIDS.
